I answer my own phone.
I'm Greg Watkins. You can buy the same gallon of disinfectant from three websites. What you can't buy from them is somebody who has stood in your building, knows which floors you sealed last summer, and picks up on the second ring when the inspector is in your lobby.
Twenty-six years of walking into other people's buildings.
I sell for Share Corporation out of Milwaukee — good chemistry, made in America, sold through people instead of shelves. My territory is North Texas, and I have been running it since TODO(greg): start year. In that time I have been in TODO(greg): real facility count childcare centers, school districts, gyms, clinics and city buildings, usually starting in the custodial closet, because that is where you find out what a building is really using.
Most of what I do is not selling. It is answering the question nobody wants to ask a website: is what I'm doing right now good enough, and how would I know? Sometimes the answer is that you're already fine and you should stop buying the expensive thing. I have talked more people out of orders than into them, and that is the whole business model.
What you actually get
Four promises. Each one is something a catalog account cannot do, and each one is something you can hold me to.
No ticket number, no queue, no chatbot. The number on this site rings my cell. If I'm driving I'll call you back within the hour.
I come to your building, open the closet, read what's on your shelf and tell you what to keep. No obligation, and I'll put it in writing.
Dwell times, dilution, what not to mix — in your break room, in twenty minutes, in the language your team actually uses.
If something I sold you doesn't work in your building, I come get it. You don't file a return, you don't pay freight, you call me.
The assessment, step by step
About forty-five minutes. Bring your licensing checklist if you have one.
Where I go
Delivery is me, a truck, and a route. That's the constraint and also the point — nothing sits in a warehouse waiting for a picker.
If you're outside the route, say so on the quote. I'll either ship it or tell you honestly that somebody closer will serve you better.
In the buildings
I don't drop a catalog and leave. I measure the pour, walk your staff through the station, and I drive the truck.
What customers say
Start with a phone call. It costs you nothing and it usually saves you money.
Tell me what building you run and what's worrying you. If I'm not the right supplier for it, I'll say so on the call.
